Four Bean Hot Dish
We could not start the official summer weekend (Memorial Day) without a BBQ, even if it was just our little family. I got this recipe from my aunt and it has become Dylan’s favorite baked bean recipe. We enjoy the four different types of beans, the bacon, and hamburger along with the sweet homemade BBQ sauce that is created. We recently had a slightly different version that included Garbanzo beans which happen to be my favorite. So this time I included them. You could add any kind of beans you like. Usually I let the beans simmer in the slow cooker until it’s time to eat. I got so excited to eat them; I had to make a double batch.
